Terms of use

Use of this site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time.

 

a. Use of site content
Acting makes every effort to update the content of the site and to provide Users with accurate information. Nevertheless, Users are aware that the transmission of data and information on the Internet is only relatively reliable from a technical point of view, as such data and information circulates on very heterogeneous networks. To report manifestly illegal content hosted by Acting, simply send an email to Acting, specifying :
– the address of the site or page from which the content can be accessed ;
– content considered illicit ;
– the date on which you discovered the content considered illicit ;
– your identity (name and full contact details).
Acting reminds you that the LCEN punishes any abuse of reporting with one year’s imprisonment and a €15,000 fine.
