Our history


Acting was born in 2006 from a desire : to bring entrepreneurs the same level of financial skills as large companies, in order to help them at every stage of their development. So we opted for a model based on independence, and a team made up of experienced people with an entrepreneurial mindset. A vision of high-added value time-sharing was born.


We were one of the first companies to offer a structured approach to timeshare, and we’re proud of that. We gained recognition in the Paris market, before expanding into Auvergne Rhône Alpes, then more recently into the South East, Bordeaux, Nantes and finally Lille.

Initially focused on Financial Management, we gradually expanded our offering to include Human Resources and then Office Management on a timeshare basis. Finally, our model has evolved with the creation of a pool of shared management controllers. The aim is to offer our customers solutions that are tailored as closely as possible to their needs and budgets.

    Catherine Perot

    CFO – Aix-Marseille

    Catherine Perot

    After graduating from ESSEC, Catherine Pérot began her career with KPMG Audit. She then became Finance Director in Anglo-Saxon groups, where she developed expertise in the fields of internal control, performance management and decision support. Now CFO on a shareed-time basis, she helps the managers of SMEs and SMIs to set up appropriate processes and reporting tools, and to prepare for fund-raising.

    Maxime Broutin

    Maxime developed his expertise in financing management and performance management over 12 years in industry and banking. After initial entrepreneurial experience, he joined Acting in 2023. He supports entrepreneurs and business leaders in realising their projects with a human approach based on coaching, knowledge transfer and mastery of their value chain.

  • Sylvain Cassier
    Sylvain Cassier

    CFO – Bordeaux

    Sylvain Cassier

    Sylvain joined Acting in 2021 to develop the CFO timeshare service in Bordeaux and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. For nearly 15 years, Sylvain held operational finance positions with the Vicat, Addax Bioenergies and Louis Dreyfus Company groups in France and abroad, where he built up solid experience in structuring the finance function, IT projects, financing, developing subsidiaries and disposals and acquisitions. Since 2018, as CFO, he has been working with start-ups and SMEs in the energy and industry sectors.

  • Rémy Deloffre
    Rémy Deloffre

    CFO – Paris

    After obtaining his engineering degree and MBA, Rémy began his career in financial consulting at KPMG, first in Transaction Services and then in Project Finance. He continued his career in private equity at Omnes Capital and then CM-CIC Investissement. During his 9 years as an investor, he completed around ten acquisitions and supported SMEs in their transformation projects. In 2020, Rémy decided to move into a more operational role by co-founding the start-up CAPLA Technologies, and joining Acting to put his experience to good use and support start-ups and SMEs in their growth and structuring.

    Antoine Visseyrias

    Antoine Visseyrias has extensive expertise in the field of private equity, and his skills in finance and management enable him to help managers steer and manage their companies, particularly when investment funds are involved in financing rounds.

    Have you been a Finance Director or Human Resources Director for several years and have some initial experience working independently? Join Acting as a partner, a future associate. Acting is looking for partners in all its offices: Paris, Bordeaux, Aix-Marseille, Lyon-Grenoble-Chambéry, Nantes and Lille.


    Acting also has offers for early-career financial controllers to support CFOs and HR Directors.

    Higher education relevant to the job in question (business school, Science Po, chartered accountancy, university).


    At least 15 years’ experience in finance or HR management with participation in the management committee.

    Join a company with 18 years’ experience, one of the leaders in the timeshare sector.


    Work as part of a team with Acting partners and associates (information, training, monitoring, sales promotion).


    Play an active role in Acting’s development (liaising with the network, running workshops, communication, recruitment, etc.).
